Dwayne Brewington, M.Ed., a dynamic educator, has done research with men of color on racial identity development and internalized racism. He has developed successful retention programs for Black and Latino college students. He will be presenting on retention, harassment, program development in upcoming conferences.
La Wanza Lett-Brewington, M.Ed., educator and performing artist, has done extensive work on the interconnections of racism, sexism, and classism. She is also a motivational speaker focusing on self-efficacy and cross-cultural dialogue.
