Dwayne has developed a Black and Latino Male Resource Center for a community college in the northeastern United States. Under his leadership, this center has increased the retention of Black and Latino males at a level higher the rest of the college population.
Dwayne is scheduled to present at several conferences on the process of creating and maintaining the resource center.
As an educator, he has presented on issues of relationship violence, sexism, and masculinity in school and college settings.
